Norma Gaynell Long

Norma Gaynell Long December 27, 1916 - September 11, 2017 Born in Mineral, WA to Melvin and Cressa Mills. Norma lived a full life, blessed with good health and a sharp mind for being 100. Norma married Richard Long on January 24, 1938. They had one child, Linda Jewell, who loved her mother unconditionally her whole life. Norma was preceded in death by her husband, parents, brother Kenneth, sister Melvia, and nephew Gerald Rogers. Survived by daughter Linda Jewell Long (Ron Millin), grandsons Kelly (Carla) Smith and Scott (Sandy) Smith, great-grandsons Joey and Raymond Smith, niece Jeanne McCain, and grand-dog Abby. May you feed the joy of true happiness as you take your place with God for all eternity. All our love to you.

On Friday, September 22, 2017 there will be a Visitation at Weeks' Dryer Mortuary at 220 134th Street South in Tacoma, WA 98444 from 4 PM to 8 PM. On Saturday, September 23, 2017 there will be a service at Weeks' Dryer Mortuary at 11 AM with a reception following from 12 PM to 1 PM. A graveside service will be at 2:30 PM at Mineral Cemetery at 162 Mineral Creek Road in Mineral, WA 98355.
