My father's death was the first in our immediate family. We didn't have any experience of our own in dealing with the necessary coordination and arrangements. A friend of the family recommended Weeks' Dryer Mortuary when my father passed away and we will be forever grateful.

Russ, Jake, Gary, and Kali helped us every step of the way. They met with us when my father's passing was imminent and walked us through the process. They treated us with compassion and understanding. They were there to answer any questions we might have, day or night.

They were transparent with the costs of their services. Never once did we feel judged in our arrangement choices no matter how simple or elegant, allowing us to honor him as we thought best.

We put our trust in the folks at Weeks' Dryer Mortuary and they delivered. They took care of the coordination, logistics and details which was no small relief to me and my family, allowing us some peace of mind in our grief.

The Soine family needed the services of Weeks Dryer Funeral Home two times in less than 8 months, as we lost both our parents in that short period of time. We had no hesitation to call on them a few weeks ago to handle the passing of our father, Malcolm. As before, with our mother, they handled everything with professionalism and grace. Rylee, your concern and willingness to follow up on details were greatly appreciated at the time of my wife's cremation.

Rylee was there for our family when Mom passed away three years ago and once again when Dad passed this March. She is such a compassionate and caring person and she helped us through both losses with such kindness. Kali was also there to help us as we tried to navigate through the beginning of Covid-19, not being able to hold a memorial for Dad yet, Rylee leaving to have her baby and through all of this, they both took such great care with us to make sure we were doing well. We cannot express how much Weeks Dryer Mortuary and Rylee and Kali mean to us and our family. Thank you so very much for being there during each time. We appreciate you so much!

Weeks' Dryer Mortuary was compassionate and kind and helpful after the recent death of my mother. She passed at home and was gently picked up by Weeks Dryer, who wrapped her in a lovely quilt for transport to the funeral home. Kali and Katey were so good at walking me through the entire process and good about interactions with other family members as well. It has been a pleasure working with them, and I would do so again.

I and my entire family were in awe when we spotted the photo tapestry at the Veterans Cemetery where my wife, Anne, was interred at the columbarium Wall. Rylee and Weeks' Dryer Mortuary provided the best outcome that could be expected. Their professionalism and empathy are wonderful traits they can be proud of. In the near future I will make arrangements for my own interment through your firm. Pierce County is blessed to have you!!!

From the pick-up of our mom to the very last detail it was as compassionate and loving as it could be. Our facilitator, I believe it was Rylee, was the most compassionate and yet focused on the details to deal with at the time. She has a heart for her career. Thank you. Both Rylee and the wonderful man (I'm sorry I have forgotten his name) were so kind, efficient, and respectful. They just made things easier. When the estate is settled my husband and I will make an appointment to come down and make our arrangements so when we go it will be as easy as possible for our loved ones, like Mother's was.

Rylee Melot spent a good amount of time going over the details for my father's arrangements, explaining exactly what was available and exactly what was being charged. She was kind and gentle and matched the mood of our family. She helped to make a difficult time easier.
