Ronald Bennett Cargill Jr.

Ronald B Cargill Jr passed away unexpectedly on 22 Jun 2020 at the age of 63.  Ron retired at the rank of SMSgt from the Air force Reserve at McChord Field, WA.  He started his career assigned to the 97 AS as a Loadmaster and finished his career assigned to the 86 APS as an Air Transportation Supervisor.  For the last several years, he was self-employed as an Operations Manager for a freight company.  He was an avid fan of the Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Mariners and the Gonzaga Bulldogs.  On Super Bowl Sundays, he could be found with some friends in his BBQ shack watching the game on a 15inch TV with a heater going while the rest of us would be inside watching the big screen.  Ron loved animals  and would often feed treats to the visiting neighborhood dogs. He loved to grill for his friends and family.  He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Balinda Cargill; brother – Dean “Yogi” Cargill; sister, Denine “Dee Dee” Lee; a son, Ronald B Cargill III, two daughters, Andrea Cargill and Shannon Hamilton; two step daughters, Jennifer Anaya and Jessica Snyder and numerous grandchildren.   Preceded in death by his parents, Ronald Cargill Sr and Coletta June Cargill.
