Laurence Neil McLaughlin Sr. was born on May 17, 1925 in Johnstown, Nebraska to Bert and Gladys McLaughlin. He married the love of his life Loretta and together they raised six wonderful children. They shared their love and life with the world until Loretta passed away on August 3, 2017. On November 16, 2020, at the age of 95, Laurence reunited with his beloved wife. Those who remain to love them, share their stories, and uphold their teachings are their children Laurence Jr. “Mack”, Janet, Debra, Jim, Barb, and Chris; many grandkids, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; and anyone they ever called friend. Larry will be inurned next to his wife Loretta at Tahoma National Cemetery. A memorial service to celebrate his wonderous life will be held at a later date.
