Beloved brother, uncle, cousin, and friend left to be with the Lord on September 10, 2018. He joins his parents, Felipa L. Balisi and Roman T. Balisi Sr. in Heaven. He is survived by his siblings Ester Hornis (Stepfan), Erlinda Salido (Carlos), Lilian Balingit, Edita Bernardo (Eddie), and numerous nieces and nephews.
