He was proceeded in death by his wife of 26 years Dorothy Batter, and his granddaughter Kim Parham. He is survived by his loving wife of 23 years Joy Batter of Tacoma; daughter Sheri Hughes (Bobby) of South Carolina; and granddaughters Jessica Batter of South Carolina and Cindy Parham of Tacoma. A celebration of Bob’s amazing life will be held on Friday July 19, 2019 at 3:00 pm at Weeks’ Dryer Mortuary.
