Linda Hazel Witt

Linda Hazel Witt died November 28th 2017 in Tacoma WA. She was 63 years old.  She was born October 19, 1954 in Denver, CO to David and Berneice Aldred.

She met and married Jerome Dean Witt on August 31, 1973 in Denver CO. They raised two children. Together they enjoyed fishing, especially on Hearts Lake. Linda was particularly savvy with anything arts and crafts – she did leather work, needlepoint, painting – anything that allowed her to express herself. She was always trying to find the humor in things, that’s just their family way. Linda was a proud member of the American Legion and the Red Hat Lady Society.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerome; and parents. She is survived by son Dung K Tang (Phan) of Olympia, WA; daughter Daneice N Rosnick (Star JC) of Roy, WA; grandchildren Cyrus J Rosnick, Griffin M Rosnick, Amanda Tang, Aimee Tang; and sister Carol Aldred-Guenther of Randle, WA.

A public visitation will be held at Weeks’ Dryer Mortuary in Tacoma, WA on Thursday December 7th 2017 from 9 am to 10 am; a committal service will follow at Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent WA at 11:15 am, where she will be laid to rest with her husband.
