Faye Glendora Harris

Faye Glendora Harris died on Sunday June 17, 2018 at the age of 83.  Born in Ironton, Ohio in the summer of 1934, Faye was one of eleven children.  Faye was known for her “tell it like it is” attitude. She loved cooking but you had to be sure to “eat it while it was hot.” Faye found the love of her life named William (Bill) Dwight Harris or as she called him, “the old man.”   Bill passed away on January 7, 2014. During their sixty-two years together, Faye and Bill had four children: Billy, Dottie, Debi, and Jimbo. She had four wonderful siblings; sister Frieda Meadows, and brothers Forrest, James, and Jeff Stapleton.  Faye had the blessings of eight beautiful grandchildren and several great grandchildren.  Faye loved her family more than anything in the world and was always there when her family needed her. Now Faye is holding Bill’s hand once again. Faye and Bill’s lives were celebrated on June 28, 2018 at Tahoma National Cemetery.
