Jane Welch Obituary
Born in Middletown, Connecticut to Robert and Thea Johnson Horton.
1960 graduate of Central Connecticut State University and 1967 M.S. from Central.
Taught elementary school grades for 39 years in Connecticut, Germany, Oklahoma, and Washington and retired in 1999.
Preceded in death by her 25 years companion, Wayne Bettinger.
Survived by sister Roberta Horton Bixby of Bristol, Connecticut and brother Robert Horton, Jr. of Puyallup.
